Return for Credit:

1- All Sales are FINAL.

2- NO Returns, NO Refunds.

3- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return for Exchange:

1- All Sales are FINAL after the 3 Day Exchange Period expires.

2- Products can be exchanged or replaced with same phone or an upgrade with in 3 days from receipt of merchandise.

3- Standard shipping cost of $10.00 would be charged for shipping the exchanged product.

4- Price difference (if any) will be charged to your account.

5- Warranty covers Manufacturing defects only. Physical damage isn’t covered and products subject to physical damage cannot be returned back.

6-   In order for us to process your return effectively, please include a copy of your invoice with the shipment. Incase you no longer have your invoice; please include a note having your order number and the reason for return on it.

7-   Properly package the items being returned for Exchange. We are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping and handling and reserve the right to refuse such returns.

8-   All returned products must be in fair shape. Non-defective products must specially be returned in an As-New condition or they will not be accepted and would be returned back to you.
